Our planet is continually dealing with pollutants and trash, so finding ways to re-purpose or reuse trash can be an excellent idea. And that’s where a refinery from Southern Alberta comes into play. Named Cielo Waste Solutions, this company’s primary purpose is to turn the landfill garbage into diesel fuel. Turning trash into biofuel is a perfect idea, and it’s easy to see why they want to do it. They get to eliminate waste in this project and also offer people a new alternative to regular fuels.
The thing to keep in mind here is that Cielo Waste Solutions follows the provincial and federal regulations to provide renewable fuel, so this is created according to the current law. On top of that, it’s environmentally friendly and it’s designed to bring in amazing results and benefits for the users.
Cielo Waste Solutions has its grand opening in Aldersyde on July 11, but then it also wants to open five more refineries in Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Grande Prairie, Brooks, and Calgary. Since Canada is generating 31 million tons of garbage every year; as a result, the company would have a lot of resources for its biofuel.

According to Cielo Waste Solutions, there’s no one in the world right now doing the things they are doing. They can generate biofuel from tires, grass clippings, even orange peels. The fact that they are using seven different types of plastics to produce biofuel is extraordinary and a testament to the high quality provided here.
Are there any emissions produced via this fuel? No, little to no emissions are generated here, which means that our planet gets more protection than ever before. Plus, Cielo Waste Solutions products can quickly be sold on the renewable diesel market once they are blended, which is an extraordinary feat in a situation like this.
Besides, Cielo Waste Solutions is relying on chemicals and heat to modify the waste composition. The idea here is to acquire diesel carbon molecules. They are then processing molecules to create renewable transportation diesel, naphtha fuel and even jet diesel.
The great thing here is that Cielo Waste Solutions has the green light from the government and is excited to provide the waste and support needed for the company. The refineries will be ready around the end of 2020, and each one is said to deliver around 2000 liters of renewable fuel per hour.
Cielo Waste Solutions wants to expand to the United States too, right now it has patents pending in there as well. They are also working closely with regulators to allow the plastic to be a part of this renewable fuel. As you can see, the news is inspiring and it’s finally great to say that we have a promising biofuel made out of waste. Operation Earth believes that we need to start using all the trash from landfills instead of damaging our planet, and Cielo Waste Solutions has a great idea. Hopefully, this will catch on and many other companies will do the same.
